A Velcro-backed 80 x 44 mm polymer patch of the American Flag in full color scheme; designed to emmulate IR reflector type patches as used my modern American military forces (which are more visible in night vision).
Why si the flag reversed?
US military protocol outlines the US flag as a symbolic representation of an actual flag. As the flag pole runs up the blue stars side it should be facing forward while the red stripes fly behind. The flag patch is thus worn on the left shoulder when normally arranged but reversed when worn on the right shoulder.
