Our adult Katy Perry tutu set based on her ROAR outfit is now available with a longer top! Woo! Great for concerts, fancy dress parties, etc.

This tutu is cut in our spikey feather style in three different shades of green with Hawaiian flowers and leaves on the waistband and a leopard print halter neck top. Leopard print style may vary slightly depending on current stockists.

Tops are also made by hand here in the Tutu Factory. Tops are made very simply but we have to pay a lot for the fabric. Please view all photos before purchasing.

Matching headbands are also available to buy or chose from a large range of flower crowns in our accessories store! Photos show a Regular 15 inches long and a Regular 12 inches long. Tutu will not provide full coverage. Please add a note of your dress size so we can make sure the top fits.
