• Ribbon reads: "68th ANNUAL CONFERENCE SPOKANE / INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF FIRE CHIEFS / ORG. OCT 20TH 1873." Medal reads: "1940 GRAND COULEE DAM." 
• Medal depicts Grand Coulee Dam surrounded by a firehose.  
• The brooch has original safety pin style clasp as well as a black leather buckle strap. 
• Reverse of medal marked "METALARTSCO. ROCH, N.Y."
• Brooch measures 2" x 4.25".  Leather buckle strap measures 7". 
• Made in 1940.
