The Czech Republic retained its flag after its dissolution of Czechoslovakia (with newly formed Slovakia adopting a new flag). The original flag used to be identical to the Polish flag until they added the blue triangle as an afterthought! 

The flag has a white strip on the side with two metal eyelets.
