The flag of Bosnia and Herzegovina was adopted in 1998. The flag features yellow, white and blue colours - neutral in nature. The 3 sides of the triangle represent the 3 main ethnicity of the country. The stars represent Europe and are supposed to be infinite in number. 

The flag has a white strip on the side with two metal eyelets.
