A light weight cotton blend has a tie dye look over a abstract backdrop. The skirt is to the ground and there is lots of fabric in it - its flat pleated around the waist in bit exaggerated pleats which give it lots of that fantastic fabric. The bodice is simple and scooped and the sleeves billow at as they near the cuffs. It has a sort of Victorian twist to it.
